Account Registration & Security

3.1 Account Creation

Each person may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, 98bd reserves the right to cancel them and withhold funds. The name, mobile number, and other details provided during account registration must be completely accurate.

3.2 Password & Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. You will be held responsible for any activity that takes place on your account. If you suspect any breach of your account security, notify the 98bd support team immediately.

Welcome Bonus & Wagering Requirements

5.1 First Deposit Bonus

98bd offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

• Example 1: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
• Example 2: ৳16,000 deposit → bonus capped at ৳15,000 → total balance ৳31,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus winnings, a 10x wagering requirement on the bonus amount must be completed. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: A ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus offer applies only once per person, household, or device.
• 98bd reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 98bd may take action following an investigation.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash or transferred.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after wagering requirements are completed.

VIP Program & Cashback

98bd's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier:

• Bronze — Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold — Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Members may advance to higher VIP tiers based on the type and volume of play. VIP benefits may be changed at any time at 98bd's discretion.

Limitation of Liability

98bd bears no liability in the following cases:

• If gameplay is disrupted due to internet connectivity issues or device failure.
• If delays or problems occur due to third-party payment providers.
• If an account is compromised due to user negligence or password sharing.
• If loss occurs due to any reason outside the platform.

98bd always endeavors to maintain a safe and reliable platform, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Intellectual Property & Content

All content on the 98bd website, including its logo, graphics, text, and software, is the intellectual property of 98bd. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use this content for commercial purposes.

The intellectual property rights to game software and content are held by the respective game providers — such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and others.

Account Closure & Suspension

98bd may suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Detection of fraudulent activity or irregularities.
• The account holder wishes to voluntarily close their account.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period.

Upon account closure, provided no Terms violation has occurred, any remaining balance will be returned subject to wagering requirements being met.
